Genuine Christian humility means that you are honestly and truthfully aware of your own shortcomings and 100% dependent on God’s grace, wisdom, mercy, guidance, and strength.
If you have low self esteem or shame because of what you’ve done or even something that has happened to you, it can block your faith in believing and receiving God’s glorious plan for you.
My question is… Do you have low self esteem or do you think that you are just being humble? There is a difference.
