Dear Alvin Slaughter

I have been a pastor for about 8 years and would like to develop my music abilities. I sing and play a little piano. I would like to develop my ability to lead praise and worship I have tried it a few times but seems stuck inside and cannot express myself the way I feel I should.

Can you give me advise where I can start and what material I must use to develop this area of my ministry. I love God and I love worship in song…need to get more expression and life into the way I speak and sing.
