Hi Ruth,

Thanks for your comments as well as your question.

As a matter of fact, your question was so good that I'm going to write an article about it and post it here on my blog this weekend. I'll let you know when it's up. Hope it helps.

You matter,
Alvin

Dear Alvin

Thank you for your article "How to discover the career of your dreams". I am entering a new season and do desire to go into full time ministry. My desire is seeing people become true worshipers of the One and Only true living God and seeing people saved and having an intimate relationship with God. I've spoken to a lady today who used to teach on Bible study groups and also had her own programme on a local Christian radio station.

Wow, what an experience. She is retired now and struggles to walk, cannot drive anymore, but she SHINES!!! It was amazing talking to her and experience her steadfastness and contentness.

I got some great advice from her.

Now, would you also please give me some advice from your own personal experience? I am doing research and preparing myself.

I would like to know, how did you get started in ministry? Where and how do you prepare? How and where does one get a foot in the door to start off with? If there is anything else you can think of that I should know I would appreciate it so very much.

Hope to hear from you soon.

Kind Regards
