I love you guys! As you say it is more than a weight issue. Most heavy people know every diet plan known to man. One of the main problems is an emotional one. Using processed foods for comfort instead of the healthy foods God gave us. Another is a food addiction to those processed foods that have caused our bodies to become toxic and crave foods that aren't good for us for us. You can do it! Tim & I have totally stepped up our healthy eating habits this year. Fruits & vegetables all the way baby! Organic when you an afford it (meats too). Start juicing too!!! I'm sure you'll hear thousands of words of advice throughout this journey of yours....best thing I could tell you is this: God is NO DUMMY. Food, the way HE invented it (in it's most natural state) is how we should eat. ANYTHING man made (processed) needs to get out of our house! That is to say anything in a box or can, it's just that simple. And what is more, this was God's plan from the beginning. This really isn't even about weight. This is about health and being the best we can be optimally at all times (energy level, attitude level etc) Our physical 100% affects our mental, and consequently our spiritual.
